Devon Schools Library Training

A group of pupils from Burrator had some intensive library training from Carolyn, one of the Devon School librarians. Pupils learnt how to catalogue and scan books out of the school system. St John’s Ambulance First Aid Training

Burrator class benefited from a six hour first aid course organised and delivered by Sue from St John’s Ambulance. The day involved learning about what should be in a first aid kit, how to communicate with a patient, choking, treating wounds, chest compressions and how to put someone in the recovery position.

Buckfastleigh Swimming Pool grand re-opening
