Invaders and Settlers

Fernworthy Class have been learning all about Invaders and Settlers.  As part of this history topic, pupils replicated Anglo-Saxon weaving techniques.  The class also attended an Anglo Saxon workshop at Buckfast Abbey’s Education Department, which involved studying a range of artefacts.  Pupils celebrated their learning at the end of the topic by baking Anglo-Saxon bread in our woodland oven.
